e-andaluzas in the Network Society (2005/2007)

  • Was an EQUAL Initiative project co-financed by the European Social Found (ESF) which aimed at promoting greater equality of female leading role in the Network Society by acting in four action lines: knowledge, training, dissemination and network promotion. FD was the general coordinator of the project, in which also participated: the Andalusian Employment Service (representative entity), the Andalusian Federation of Municipalities and Provinces, the University of Seville, the Bussinesswomen Association of Seville and the Official College of Psychology from West Andalusia. FD was responsible for the construction of an online lecture room for change management in which participated more than thousand users with different profiles: university students, teachers, businesswomen, professionals and official employees from local administration of Andalusia. www.e-andaluzas.org (acomplisched project)
